Step 1: Customer Consultation and Design Brief
Understanding Customer Requirements:
- Engage with customers to gather detailed information about their seating needs.
- Discuss preferences, dimensions, materials, and any specific features.
Design Brief Creation:
- Translate customer requirements into a comprehensive design brief.
- Consider aesthetics, functionality, ergonomics, and intended use.

Step 2: Conceptualisation and Sketching:
Design Exploration:
- Brainstorm ideas with our in-house design team.
- Sketch initial concepts, exploring different shapes, forms, and styles.
Feedback and Refinement:
- Present sketches to the customer for feedback.
- Revise and refine the design based on their input.
Material Selection:
- Choose appropriate materials (wood, metal, fabric, foam) based on the design and customer preferences.

Step 3: Prototype Development:
Mock-Up or Prototype:
- Build a physical prototype based on the customer feedback.
- Test comfort, stability, and overall functionality.
Iterate and Improve:
- Gather feedback from stakeholders (including potential users).
- Make necessary adjustments to the prototype.

Step 4: Manufacturing and Assembly
Materials Preparation:
- Cut and shape wood, metal, and foam components.
- Upholster fabric or vinyl covers.
Welding, Assembly and Construction:
- Weld metal frames and components. Paint using our inhouse powder coating process for a hardwearing long lasting finish.
- Assemble all components to complete chair.

Step 5: Quality Control and Testing:
Inspection:
- Examine each bespoke chair for defects, alignment, and finish quality.
- Ensure it meets safety standards.
Comfort Testing:
- Sit in the chair to assess comfort, support, and ergonomics.
