Step 2: Material Selection

Fabric and vinyl’s:
- Upholstery material for the seat and back.
- Choices include various textiles or synthetic vinyl materials.
Foam:
- Padding for comfort.
- Different densities and thicknesses are used.
Wood:

- Solid wood or engineered wood (plywood, MDF) is common.
Painting and Finishing:

Step 3: Component Production

Step 4: Assembly

Fitting Foam and Fabric:
- Foam is inserted into the upholstery.
- Covers are stretched and secured.
Quality Control:
- Inspecting each chair for defects, alignment, and stability. This ensures they meet the British and European standards we hold
Packaging:
- Chairs are carefully packed and boxed ready for dispatch.

Step 5: Shipping and Distribution
- Chairs are shipped to retailers, wholesalers, or directly to customers.
- Proper packaging ensures safe transport.
