Returns Policy
Industrial Seating – Customer Returns Policy & Cancellation Rights.
All chairs are guaranteed – 3 years in normal use & 3 years fabric – 1 year for 24hr use & 1 year Fabric.
Within 7 days from receipt of goods – refund or exchange guaranteed within 30 days of cancellation. (applies only to a purchase of a single standard chair as illustrated in our store – if you are unsure and wish to order a larger quantity then please order one chair first)
Contact us within 7 days of receipt – Return the chair to us in re-saleable condition and original packaging at your cost – a re-stocking fee of £30.00 will also be charged at the customer expense.
Should your purchase arrive damaged let us know within 7 days. A replacement part or chair will be sent right away – please e-mail for a Returns address. No goods accepted without this authorisation.
We will handle your complaint fairly, confidentially, effectively and speedily – always acknowledging a complaint within 5 working days, notifying you of the timescale involved and keeping you informed of our progress. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
