Your chair will be either partially assembled or assembled so it is quickly available for use.

Returns Policy
Industrial Seating - Customer Returns Policy & Cancellation Rights.
All chairs are guaranteed - 2 years in normal use & 2 yrs Fabric - 2 yrs for 24hr use & 1 yr Fabric (unless stated otherwise)
Within 7 days from receipt of goods - refund or exchange guaranteed within 30 days of cancellation. (applies only to a purchase of a single standard chair as illustrated in our store - if you are unsure and wish to order a larger quantity then please order one chair first)
Contact us within 7 days of receipt – Return the chair to us in re-saleable condition and original packaging at your cost – a re-stocking fee of £20.00 will also be charged at the customer expense.
Should your purchase arrive damaged let us know immediately. A replacement part or chair will be sent right away - please e-mail for a Returns address. No goods accepted without this authorisation.
We will handle your complaint fairly, confidentially, effectively and speedily - always acknowledging a complaint within 5 working days, notifying you of the timescale involved and keeping you informed of our progress. If you require any further information you may contact us by email , fax or phone - see our contact details. Our procedures are monitored regularly and updated and improved as required. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
